Hi, thank you for this package, great tool! I'm already using it to make circos plots with structural variants but I was wondering if it can be used also to plot the amplicons of extrachromosomal DNA, basically something similar to Fig. 1B of this paper. In particular, which functions would you suggest to use? Thank you in advance.
