Legend always superimpsing on row labels

Despite my best efforts, my legends in Complexheatmap::heatmap are getting imposed on top of the row labels. Any idea why this is happening and how to resolve it? I have tried quite a few things and nothing worked. I can send you an example of the problem if you want - as a png file
