Added Support for Linux on Power

Hi, I had added ppc64le(Linux on Power) support on travis-ci in the branch and looks like its been successfully added. I believe it is ready for the final review and merge. I'm not familiar with ppc64le arch and I don't understand the need. Would you tell me why you want to add the architecture to CI targets?
