Implement Remote Follow

Trying to follow a bookwyrm account, I got the following message:

< my username > was found but takahe.social does not support 'remote follow'.

Try searching for <- usrname ->@bookwyrm.social on takahe.social instead.

I don't see updates from bookwyrm accounts I follow but that seems like a different issue

Yeah, the Remote Follow API is a whole thing we need to implement. I'll turn this into a feature request.

Mastodon appears to have removed Remote Follow as a UI feature, and now just give you a URL to copy, so I'm not sure how needed this is now.
