CADR integration - deb package

It would be great to have a well configured .deb package.

Most servers are running debian, so it's surely a big user group. Nothing beats the simplicity of sudo apt install joinmarket-web-ui.

The Cryptoanarchy Debian Repo maintainted by @kixunil has Bitcoin related software configured nicely.

Checkout Debcrafter for the required tooling.
