[Web Bug]: post button does not work from Firefox on Android smartphone

Description

Uploading a video from Firefox web interface on Android smartphone, after the initial screen to choose the video to upload, on the second screen where I can input alt text, comments, etc. at the bottom, the red post button has no effect. But the cancel button just below works.

• On Android smartphone using Firefox, select "upload" a video
• Choose any video
• On the next screen, the post red button at the bottom does nothing when touched. It should post the video.

Made a few tests using different YunoHost package versions, found out that video uploads in Firefox stopped working somewhere between upstream commits 5ed9da6 and https://github.com/joinloops/loops-server/commit/ec408dd7013978c0dfad4e8b3f619fab98ee02ee

Works on Firefox in Windows though.

Bug also present in Firefox in Linux (Mint)

Upload is now possible with Firefox (Linux Desktop), after updating the instance to v1.0.0-beta.5.
