[Enhancement]: Keep the comment window open by default

Description

As I'm scrolling from video to video. It keeps closing the comments and I need to click the comment button to manually open it every single time.

Use-case

Because my screen has plenty of space, I'd be more than happy to have the comments open by default all of the time.
