[Enhancement]: 3D Video Support

Description

There is an increasing number of devices which can record 3D/spatial content (including modern iPhones, XREAL Beam Pro, etc) as well as AI algorithms that can convert 2D video to 3D, which often can be ran directly on mobile devices (using apps like Spatial Toolkit on iOS, for example). However, there are very few platforms on which to share such content without converting it to 2D video, which defeats the purpose. I am requesting that support for 3D video content be added to Loops, as there is very few platforms that currently support it.

Use-case

1. Possibly parallax 3D display on mobile (due to most having 2D displays) using device sensors to detect position, similar to the Fire Phone lockscreens.
2. 3D playback on supported hardware (say, Meta Quest, Pico, or Vision Pro)
3. 3D video upload support, including iOS, XREAL Beam Pro, and possibly even conversion via AI algorithms on-device.
