Add support for forgotten circles expansion

There are new enemies and scenarios in the expansion that would be great to have included.

Enemies work ok, but it's still a rough experience. Also, none of the new mechanics from the new class have hooks up for interaction :(

Some work on the icons and card layout needs to be done as well.
