Chardet Module is missing

extremely new to all this and I'm just looking for an updated version of the Haydee Tool that has the Chardet Module included or a fix. If you can make this possible that would be amazing.

You're using the release build, right? That seems to be outdated and is not compatible with the latest builds of Blender. The master build has been updated since that version and should be used instead.
