CSS degeneration inside Docker only.

Works fine not in docker. Weirdly I'm getting an escape character inside of the container:

Syntax error: atomEscape at position 36 0ffff}]|^--|[^A-Za ^

Running normal docker on Ubuntu

Ok I changed the package manager to "yarn" which fixed it. I'll create a pull request.
