Where is Chapter 10? Subscriptions

I bought this book specifically to read up on subscriptions which are purportedly in Chapter 10?

"We defer our coverage of GraphQL subscriptions to Chapter 10, Advanced GraphQL."

FYI: the version I'm reading (MEAP v8) says "Subscriptions are GraphQL’s event publishing functionality and are beyond the scope of this book." on pg 36"
