fig2u3d not working with Matlab R2016b

Due to the changed graphics API fig2u3d is not working with Matlab R2016b. Please update this great product!

Thanks for reporting this. Due to lack of time, this update hasn't been done for some time now, because I suspect that it may need an extensive rewrite, together with studying the details of the new API (though I haven't looked at the new API to confirm this). Please feel free to open a pull request if you have any changes, or comment on changes that the new API likely mandates.
