Add tests running in CI

Somewhat related to https://github.com/johnsensible/django-sendfile/issues/25, to make sure this maintains Python 3 compatibility, it'd be great to run the tests in Python 3 mode as well. I think this would be really easy to do for free with Travis CI, since the project has a pretty normal test suite.
