keep the whole block in the browser screen

Hi

I have my block positioned something like this

All circles except for the centre fades in while the middle circle rotates. Everything is working fine, just that when the animation is finished, the top 2 circles are partially out of the browser window. I want to keep all of them within the browser window. How do I do it?
