Chrome, BigVideo.js, and Fixed Position

Hello, I was hoping someone could shed some light on using BigVideo with fixed position divs in Chrome. When BigVideo.js loads, it removes the fixed positions of the divs. Has anyone had any trouble with fixed divs and BigVideo? I can provide some examples if needed.

The video has position inline absolute.
