Any way to call an rtmp:// mp4 file rather then the http src?

This issue should be closed its a duplicate of Issue 129 posted by the same author.

I re-worded it, hoping I would get some response. 11 days so far, so I'm not sure how active the support for this is....

I do not have a solution for RTMP streaming. Happy to accept pull requests though.
