Raytracer.c:29 ERROR: Couldn't find a suitable platform for OpenCL

when I go into mods to turn on raytracing this error is printed in console (with a longer path to Raytracer.c)

Kernel: Linux 5.15.0-43-generic 
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X (12) @ 3.600GHz 
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX 470/480/570/570X/580/580X/590 
Memory: 16GiB

Are you using AMD's latest gpu drivers? Try updating and if it still doesn't work try this sudo apt install mesa-opencl-icd

i tried running the apt command and it failed saying i have held broken packages I have encountered this error before but I can't remember how you fix it

this will likely be fixed due to my updated graphics drivers, i'm just unable to build right now

i found an old copy, it gets further than it used to but it segfaults now
