Allow workspace color switching depending on settings inside the projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have multiple projects on my machine, all of them having a peacock configuration inside (.vscode/settings.json). Additionally I have a vscode workspace that includes all of the projects, to work with them in one window. However when opening file from the projects inside they all appear like the same.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to let peacock automatically detect the configuration from sub-projects inside a workspace when there is no explicit workspace-wide configuration. When I would open a file from projectA peacock should switch the color to the scheme defined in projectA. Opening a file from projectB should trigger peacock to switch the color scheme to this one defined in projectB.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Off-Topic: Where / How did you configured the auto-answer after submitting an issue? Or was it just you have been very fast?
