MongoDB; Request Timed out

I'm getting a Request Timed out. Is your MongoDB running? error when on the local port http://localhost:7999/#/menu/pizza for Zza. I have MongoDB running off of the data files in the /db folder and I run Node.js out of the /server folder. Thanks again.
