Add general "optimize for production" guideline

Although it is probably outside the scope of the styleguide to mention specific actions/configurations for preparing an application for production, I think it is helpful to add a general guideline that one could/should optimize their app for running in production environment and point to the Running in Production section of the Developer Guide for more details.
