Responsive UI issue with Menus

Repro: Running Chrome 32.0.1700.102 m,

shrink the browser width-wise until the side menu collapses to a drop down Click the menu so that it drops down Click the menu so that it closes (no navigation) widen the browser window so that the menu appears at the left again.

Results: The menu is blank (no navigation to dashboard or admin)
