Incorrect small text horizontal position due to font sizing

Note in the screenshot above, the furigana is specified as a single line. it is correctly placed for an .ass file but the font width does not allow the text to line up well with the text it's annotating.

In other words, the generated .ass file should specify a small font that allows 'はんめい' to roughly line up with '判明'

specifying proper kerning in the fonts at the top of the .ass file helps a lot. drive the spacing via data taken from the .ts file, but typically horizontal spacing between characters will be 4 for normal text and 2 for medium and small text.
