Code blocks don't scale together with headers and aren't highlited in JupyterLab

Hey! I've noticed that when I use backticks for code chunks in headers in JupyterLab Version 3.5.0 they keep the same size as the regular text, while in original themes it is scaled proportionally. Also please consider highlighting those code chunks.
