Increase instrument volumeRange from 8 to 24

See #41. Instrument volume range is only about 8 ticks wide, and increasing the value would help balance instruments that have very different volumes. One example: I have a sawtooth wave (panning right) that is competing with a 1/8 pulse wave (panning left) -- if I increase one, the other is now too quiet. If I increase both to max, volumes are kinda fixed, but this makes every other instrument in the mix sound too quiet.

i back this, ive felt like volume and note 'size' is definitely too low-res, recently ive begun to change the note 'size' (tied to volume by default) in conjunction with the instrument volume just to get more resolution into the volume control, this seems like a holdover from the early days of beepbox, there r also other things in beepbox now which have much more resolution than instrument volume (filters, partial volume in fm mode, etc), so y not increase the resolution of volume and note 'size' too? the only thing i dont agree on here is the number 24, maybe 32 or 16?
