Update to Julia 0.6 support

  • remove Compat and BaseTestNext dependency
  • update Array ctors
  • enable Travis CI on Julia 0.5, 0.6 and nightly
  • update demo scripts (not tested, but at least should be an improvement since they were written in 0.3 dialect)
