It's the correct term for heterogeneous: http://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/chrono/duration/common_type
Instead of saying 'look at this very wrong number', instead just say, 'this is wrong; it's undefined'.
Linker is dropping unused symbols. They then have no coverage numbers associated with them. So they don't count as uncovered - even though they are not tested!
Current build system will likely try and build _generate_ target for host, not build target. Fix.
