Overflow issue during multiplication of negative wide_integers

for some reason I sometimes get overflow issues when multiplying two wide_integers. It may be related to the signs of the factors. The number of digits should be sufficient to represent the factors as well as the product.

Hi Nils. That looks like a bug. It should be addressed by #892 which is ongoing.
