Doesn`t work for me

I just cloned the repository and go build returns errors for me:

github.com/openvenues/gopostal/expand: build constraints exclude all Go files in ...\pkg\mod\github.com\openvenues\[email protected]\expand
github.com/openvenues/gopostal/parser: build constraints exclude all Go files in ...\go\pkg\mod\github.com\openvenues\[email protected]\parser
