Cannot find File->Settings->Plugins on WebStorm 6.01

I'm only a few hours newbie with WebStorm. I'm not sure why I cannot find any references to plugins in WebStorm. Hopefully just a newbie error.

It's just in the settings/preferences. You'll have to "browse repositories" to find the plugin.

AngularJS plugin is now bundled into WebStorm 8.0, so this is effectively fixed =)
