I have #19556 in development but @KaelWD brought up some good points on implementation. Having to push this out a bit due to lack of time.

The failed tests in this case are legitimate.

How do I test this locally? Is it only present in NUXT? The repo links are 404 for me.

I'm not sure rules make sense here which is why I've left them out in the v3 port. Since it's going to labs we can revisit this after it's received...
