Correct off by one in calcid

A single track CD (Jethro Tull, A Passion Play) invokes

abcde-musicbrainz-tool --command calcid --discinfo 1 1 150 202360 0

$#discinfo is one less than the number of entries, 4, not 5.

I can confirm this happens to two of my CDs, Neroli, by Brian Eno https://musicbrainz.org/release/fa6a4b0b-cadb-36c9-9d00-1cf144c10d85 and Thursday Afternoon, by Brian Eno https://musicbrainz.org/release/e4e5fb6f-fc15-4c46-a03a-d1734213d172

Both of these CDs contain only one track.

This is the error I get:
