rake error

hello, i get a

no rakefile found error.

i tried both commands and got the same error. i'm running octopress 3.0.0.rc.34

Same error here:

$ bundle exec rake install\['boldandblue'\]
rake aborted!
No Rakefile found (looking for: rakefile, Rakefile, rakefile.rb, Rakefile.rb)

I found a gem for this theme[1], but i don't now how to use it.
