FYI - a bit of history on this. I was hoping to add `needs %twitter.r3` to the header of the send-tweet-command, but I was unable to get it to work....
Graham and I looked into this and it is harder than we originally thought. The problem is the tryrebol output is not sent as a reply to the original message...
Also add follow and retweet commands as well. Will need enhancements to the twitter.r3 module
