query_users.py

The function to pull list of current users, query_users.py is hit and miss. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it does not. Also only works in Chrome or Firefox, broken in IE. When time permits I'm digging into this but no answers so far. This is referenced in index.html and is the recycle icon, which is handy for people to see who has licenses checked out. Also for those paying attention, i'm running John Reiser's License Monitor on AIX 6.3L and have been for 9 years now. Runs like a champ (don't ask how much work it was to get the GNU tools installed on AIX, it was a pain in the butt).
