Some files are /python2.6 some are not, best point to generic python executable such as /usr/bin/python depending on your system config.
Remove google analytics code at bottom of index.html - redundant/not needed.
Documentation update: Note that default installation folder is /licenses, doing anything else requires hand modification of a number of files at this time.
