Feature suggestion: active dates for temporary redirects

This is a feature suggestion - not critical but a nice idea.

Summary

I have two situations that could benefit from active from/to dates on redirects.

Situation one: I set up a temporary redirect that should stop redirecting after a certain date.

Situation two: I have a page already set to unpublish at a future date and would like a redirect that would come into effect on that date so the then unpublished URL does not result in a 404.
