New action type: Redirect to post/term by ID

Currently there are various action types available, but redirecting to a specific page can only be done with a URL (fixed). It would be awesome if one could add URL's and redirect them to a post/term based on the ID. That way, if the URL of that post/term changes the redirect would still work.
