Feature Request: Add Bulk Move option to move multiple redirects between Groups

Summary

It would be really helpful to provide a Bulk Option for moving redirects between Groups so one can grab multiple redirects and move them. I had to move several from my Apache group to the normal WordPress redirect group so they wouldn't fail due to the hash issue I just reported in #1932

agreed to make the bulk feature move short-links into a group. I have experienced and difficulty when moving one by one.

Jumping on the train for a +1 along with the ability to set a default group for new redirects. We only have to change the group every now and then and the default behavior of using the last group for new links has caused some headaches, especially without the ability to fix them except one-by-one.

Adding my +1 to this. We have 270+ to move, one by one is a pain.

+1 it'd be a great feature. In the past, in order to achieve this, I have exported, edited, and reuploaded a CSV file... It was the only "easy" way to do it quickly.
