Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sorry, I didn't any other way to ask but I would like to create a multiline text in a cell of a table list but the \n has no effect. Is there any way to do this ?

Describe the solution you'd like \n works :)

Describe alternatives you've considered Open to others solutions

@sgaunet did you manage to achieve this?

Not yet, this is not too simple. I think it would be needed to implement some sort of text interpreter to allow this.

Hi guys! Already having the same problem commented above, because I need to print a multiline string inside a cell. Is there any way that you might have found out there? The only alternative that I've found is to generate as many contents items inside table contents with all the fields except ones which you want as "multilline" with "". It worked for me but it isn't very good,

So i was able to do something similar but not with the TableList and instead with rows/cols. Is that something you looked into? I know this is really old.

I will close this, since this is the same issue as #224 because tableList use text. The issue with this is that is not possible "yet" to calculate the text height. In the maroto v2, you should be able to configure these height easily using the List feature.
