[Feature Request] WPM Count Adjustments

Foliate does not estimate correctly how long it will take to read a book, or a chapter. That is because the counting functionality cannot be set to a person's own personal word count per minute (WPM). It would be great to have a setting somewhere (prefs/dconf), where the reader can adjust the value, to be much closer to reality.

Optionally allow the frequency of average page flips per time interval to dynamically decide the WPM.
