Keyboard shortcut for Read Aloud (TTS)

I've really been enjoying using Foliate for my reading sessions. However, I've noticed that toggling the Read Aloud feature can be a bit of a flow-breaker as it requires navigating through the menus using mouse.

Something like 'Ctrl+S' (for 'Speak from here') could make it super easy to start or stop the narration without missing a beat.
