Update gradle to 6.0 and validate gradle wrapper

I would like to merge this but some third party plugins like Gretty (https://github.com/gretty-gradle-plugin/gretty/issues/130) many people use does not support Gradle 6 yet so we will have to wait a while before forcing everyone to update.
