please notify bower of ver 1.4.5 ... also no changelog since 1.4.1?

I tried updating through bower to version 1.4.5 but couldn't. You updated bower.json, but didn't notify bower of this.

Also, I tried seeing if there are any known breaking changes and noticed that you haven't udpated the changelog since 1.4.1. It's your prerogative, of course, but it would be great if you updated it!

Hey, I think it should work now with bower (which uses labels?) give it a shot and let me know. I'll try to be better about the changelog in the future
