After stopping a Discharge, the title stayed

I was using both phone and browser. Can't remember the order, but it looked like the browser still thought it was performing an operation.

Adding redux (#71) might help solve this.

Actually, it's made it worse and I can't figure out why. Now the labels don't show up at all.

However; if we're going to make the channel object (on the server) the master for all "actions", then this will go away as it'll be deleted from the client. So I propose leaving this here until the server side is done.
