Add a secondary SSID/PW for a mobile hotspot client connection

I wanted to wait until I knew it would work before I opened this issue. I verified that turning on Personal Hotspot on my iPhone does allow for Internet over cellular and the app to work over wifi when the Pi is connected to the hotspot.

So, I'm requesting that support for a second client SSID/PW be added for connection to a mobile hotspot when a home AP is not available. This would solve the problem of having to disconnect the phone from cellular in order to use the app at the field.

The workaround is to set up the mobile hotspot with the same credentials as the home WiFi.

Unfortunately, on the iPhone, it requires renaming the phone to your home network SSID.
