Should shortcut key combos be internationalised?

The key combos for navigation-based shortcuts are based mostly on the corresponding English name. Should the key combos for these be internationalised? Or is it better to have standard key combos across all languages?

Consensus here is a resounding "no". Keyboard shortcuts should be consistent across languages. Leaving this ticket open for now for visibility.
