@wpsumo I think there may be a style in the theme or a plugin on your site that is affecting Query Monitor's styles.

If there's nothing sensitive on the site, can you save the page with cmd+S and zip up the output and send it over please?

I tested quickly debugging with help of https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-conflicts/ it's Oxygen page builder causing some stile issues.

Sometimes if you want to use query monitor within the builder interface to see queries there you sometimes have styling issues as well so try that as well 👍
