Show Xdebug mode

With Xdebug 3, the Xdebug extension can be installed and active but non-operational if no mode is set. This is how Altis Local Server works with its --xdebug flag.

It would be great if Query Monitor could display the Xdebug mode on the Environment panel.

Just in case you haven't seen it yet: Xdebug 3.1 is adding a $category param to the xdebug_info function. You will be able to get an array with the currently configured modes using xdebug_info( 'mode' ).
