Feature request: Keyboard shortcut to open/close QM panel

Since QM looks similar to the Chrome Dev tools, I keep pressing F12 to toggle it, ending up with pie on my face every time. Then I grab the mouse and close it with the "x".

However, it'd be great to have a dedicated shortcut for toggling the panel. Is Ctrl-F12 or Shift-F12 a possibility? Or maybe even make it configurable?

Good suggestion. I've thought about this too but I think it would have to be opt-in from the Settings panel to avoid potentially clashing with other existing shortcuts.

No objections here! The settings page is quite bare and in fact has more non-settings on it than settings (a list of defines).
